About Jim Droz:

Jim Droz was Born and raised in the Allegheny Mountain Region of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Freedom Area High School and received his B.A. degree from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.

His post graduate studies were done at Northern Illinois University, UCLA, Humboldt State University, California State University at Northridge, and California State University at Long Beach.

Jim taught high school for 5 years in Dundee, Illinois and for 10 years at William S. Hart High School in Newhall, California.

His hobbies include weightlifting and fitness, competitive water skiing, snow skiing, scuba diving, flying, and ranching.

Jim's real estate career began in 1979. While he was actively marketing real estate, he was the top producing agent in the world. He is presently a licensed real estate broker in California.

Today, Jim is living on a cattle ranch in Northern California. Next to spending time with his wife Kim, son Dustin, and daughter Ashleigh, Jim's greatest pleasure is seeing other Realtors benefit from the knowledge he gained during his incredible real estate career.

Jim is currently focusing all his energies on training other agents to duplicate his success systems. He shares his many unique systems in his spaced learning workshops entitled "Releasing the Winner Within."

His workshops are different from those of most real estate trainers because his expertise comes from the trenches. He has "been there and done that" like no other real estate speaker. Jim's success was not an accident, he had a plan. He knew what needed to be done, and he did it!

Jim's effective ideas, tools, and philosophies are the foundation for all of his presentations. The attendees at his sessions get "down-to-earth" techniques that they can use daily to live successful lives and to have phenomenal careers. Jim doesn't just speak, he feels. He knows how it feels to be rejected, how it feels to fear the cold call or the door knock, how it feels to close the big escrow, how it feels to get that tough listing. Jim's passion is reflected as he presents his methods of dealing with the everyday concerns of all Realtors.
